Do I need an account?
No registration or password is required. If you need the files again later, open My Purchases and request a secure link using the email address from checkout.
Will I receive anything by post?
No. Every product includes a downloadable PDF sewing pattern. Selected products may also include SVG cut files. No fabric, thread, stuffing or finished toy is included or shipped.
How do I receive my files?
After payment, you can download your files immediately from the order confirmation page. We also email purchase and access information so you can regain access to your files later. No account is required.
What paper should I use?
Patterns are supplied for A4 paper. Print at 100% or “actual size” and check the test square before transferring the design.
Can I sell finished toys?
Check the Pattern Licence before selling a finished item. The PDF, templates and instructions may never be shared, copied or resold.
My download does not work. What should I do?
Open My Purchases and request a fresh link using the checkout email. Check the spam folder if the email does not arrive. If the issue continues, contact support and include the order number or the email address used at checkout.
