Publisher and purchase contract
PearDay Patterns supplies and licenses the patterns. Purchases are made from Paddle under Paddle’s Buyer Terms. See Publisher and payment information for publisher details and Paddle’s role.
Product and access questions can be sent to support@peardaypatterns.com.
Digital products
Every product includes a downloadable A4 PDF sewing pattern. Selected products may also include SVG cut files. No physical product, fabric, tools or finished object is supplied. You must confirm this in the cart before checkout opens.
Order fulfilment
Prices and included files are shown on each product page before checkout. PearDay Patterns fulfils an order only after a verified Paddle notification confirms a completed transaction.
Access and downloads
Enter the buyer email in My Purchases to receive a single-use access link. Support can restore legitimate access after verification.
Licence
Purchase grants the limited licence described on the Pattern Licence page, including small-scale permission to sell no more than 100 finished physical items made from each purchased pattern design. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design, text, photographs or files. Larger production, teaching, kits and outsourced manufacturing require separate written permission.
Refunds and product problems
See Refunds and product problems for help with files, access and refund requests.
Accuracy and making
Reasonable care is taken to test instructions and describe formats and sizes. Results still depend on the buyer’s materials, printing and sewing. Check the listing and print scale before beginning.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected digital product.
Changes
These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order.
